Returns Policy

We hope you absolutely love your pieces from 5:13 Thread Co.—but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If that’s the case, here’s how returns work:

Returns Only
At this time, we only accept returns. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order for the item you’d like. We’ll process a refund for your returned item once it arrives back to us.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of your delivery date.

  • All original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@513ThreadCo.com with your order number, the items you’re returning and why, as well as your return tracking number once your package is on its way.

  2. Include a short note inside your return package with your order number and the items you’re returning.

  3. Ship to:

Costs & Refunds

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will refund your order (minus any original shipping cost, if applicable) once the return is received and inspected.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Final Sale Items
All sale, seasonal/holiday, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
